Wood and vinyl fence installation and repair, with posts set deep and square so gates keep swinging true.
A fence lives or dies on its posts. We set posts below frost depth in concrete, plumb and aligned along the property line, so gates keep swinging true and panels don't rack out of square after the first hard freeze-thaw cycle. We install wood privacy and picket fencing, vinyl fencing, and can repair or replace individual sections, posts, or gates on an existing fence rather than requiring a full teardown when only part of it has failed. Where a property line is unclear, we recommend confirming it before digging, and we're glad to work from a survey you already have.
The same four steps on every fence installation & repair project.
We walk the property line, confirm gate locations, and check for anything a survey should settle first.
Fence style, height, and material are settled in a written quote before any posts go in.
Posts are set plumb below frost depth, then panels, pickets, and gates are installed and aligned.
Gates tested for swing and latch, hardware tightened, and the line walked with you before handoff.
Small choices in prep, materials, and finish work add up to a result that looks better on day one and still looks right in ten years.
Nothing cut to a nominal dimension. Every piece is fitted to the walls and openings you actually have.
Materials, finish level, and exclusions agreed before work starts — no open-ended line items.
Finish carpentry is our core trade, not a sideline picked up alongside general contracting.
Dust containment, floor protection, and daily cleanup — most of our work is in occupied homes.
Premium results come from disciplined habits, not shortcuts. Here’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
The same quarter-inch step at every opening in the house. Invisible when right, obvious when not.
Inside corners coped so they stay closed when the house moves through a heating season.
Hardware rated for the material it goes into, especially anything in contact with treated lumber.
Trades in the right order so nothing gets installed twice or damaged by the step that follows.
