Siding replacement and repair that keeps water out of the structure and stops rot at its source.
Siding is not decoration — it is the layer keeping water out of your framing. We repair and replace fiber cement and vinyl siding, rebuilding rotted sheathing and framing underneath where it has been compromised rather than covering it over. Rot gets traced back to its source before anything new goes on, because covering wet wood with new siding only hides the problem until it reaches something expensive. Butt joints are flashed, cut ends are sealed, and clearances at the roof and grade are respected so the new siding lasts as long as it should.
The same four steps on every siding replacement project.
We trace rot and water staining back to where the water is actually getting in.
You get a written scope separating what must be replaced from what is optional.
Old siding removed, substrate repaired where needed, and new siding installed and flashed.
Cut ends sealed, joints checked, and clearances verified at roof lines and grade.
Small choices in prep, materials, and finish work add up to a result that looks better on day one and still looks right in ten years.
Nothing cut to a nominal dimension. Every piece is fitted to the walls and openings you actually have.
Materials, finish level, and exclusions agreed before work starts — no open-ended line items.
Finish carpentry is our core trade, not a sideline picked up alongside general contracting.
Dust containment, floor protection, and daily cleanup — most of our work is in occupied homes.
Premium results come from disciplined habits, not shortcuts. Here’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
The same quarter-inch step at every opening in the house. Invisible when right, obvious when not.
Inside corners coped so they stay closed when the house moves through a heating season.
Hardware rated for the material it goes into, especially anything in contact with treated lumber.
Trades in the right order so nothing gets installed twice or damaged by the step that follows.
