Replacement window installation with correct flashing, sealed sills, and clean, consistent trim.
A window that fogs, sticks, or drafts was almost always installed out of square or left unsealed at the sill. We measure every opening before ordering, then shim and set replacement units plumb, level, and square, checking the reveal around the whole frame before fastening anything permanently. Exterior openings get properly lapped flashing and sealed sills so water that gets behind the trim has somewhere to go besides your framing, and interior casing is refitted tight to the jamb with consistent reveals once the new unit is in.
The same four steps on every window replacement project.
Every opening is measured and checked for square before any unit is ordered.
Units are ordered to the measured size and installation is scheduled once they arrive.
Old units are removed, openings inspected for hidden rot, and new windows shimmed plumb and square.
Flashing and sealant applied, casing refitted, and every window opened and closed before signoff.
Small choices in prep, materials, and finish work add up to a result that looks better on day one and still looks right in ten years.
Nothing cut to a nominal dimension. Every piece is fitted to the walls and openings you actually have.
Materials, finish level, and exclusions agreed before work starts — no open-ended line items.
Finish carpentry is our core trade, not a sideline picked up alongside general contracting.
Dust containment, floor protection, and daily cleanup — most of our work is in occupied homes.
Premium results come from disciplined habits, not shortcuts. Here’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
The same quarter-inch step at every opening in the house. Invisible when right, obvious when not.
Inside corners coped so they stay closed when the house moves through a heating season.
Hardware rated for the material it goes into, especially anything in contact with treated lumber.
Trades in the right order so nothing gets installed twice or damaged by the step that follows.
